The turntable is a mechanical product that improvises the productivity of robotic welding arm by reducing idle time.
The design intervention in this machine set up of robotic welding arm with rotating turntable led to desired increase machine time, reduction in the operator idle time and ergonomic machine setup reducing accidents. Our product design team worked on the overall machine ergonomics to improvise operator work experience and interaction with the product to increase the overall productivity. Innovative and meaningful design solutions by our team resulted in high performance and better operator and machine interaction.
